What to expect
You recommend the right Atlassian products to our customers and integrate them into existing infrastructure.
You analyse our customers' requirements and business processes and find opportunities to bring Atlassian tools in.
You build collaborative intranets on top of Confluence.
You build workflows in Jira to digitise business processes.
You steer projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the Atlassian tools, for instance with apps and macros.
What you bring
You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or similar, or comparable training.
You have several years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
You have gathered extensive experience running projects with customers in the DACH region.
You are eager to understand and improve our customers' processes and systems; service and customer focus is a given for you.
You have a strong sense of quality, show commitment and work independently.
Your communication skills and your enjoyment of teamwork set you apart.
You speak fluent German and English.
What sets you apart: you hold an Atlassian certification, or you want to earn one with our support.
What sets you apart: you have several years of hands-on administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
What sets you apart: you have already run projects on your own.
What sets you apart: you have several years of project management experience, ideally in an IT environment.
