What you bring
A degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field, plus corresponding training.
Hands-on experience using and administering Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, as well as other tools like Bitbucket and Bamboo.
Experience delivering projects with customers in the German-speaking market to continuously improve processes and systems.
A strong service orientation and drive for customer satisfaction.
Commitment to high quality and independent work.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Very good German and English skills.
An interest in Atlassian certification, or existing certificates you build on with our support.
