In a fast-paced business world, it is essential to strengthen interpersonal relationships within the company for a positive and productive work environment. For this reason, the XALT team recently came together at the Leipzig office for a XALT Summer Event. As the team is distributed across Germany and beyond, we used the two days to strengthen our team spirit. We got to know each other on a personal level, worked face-to-face together, and had a great time with each other during fun activities and delicious food. Building personal connections
The XALT Summer Event 2023 was an excellent opportunity to promote the dynamics and cohesion within the team.
One of the most important benefits of team events is the opportunity to meet colleagues in person and strengthen interpersonal relationships. The XALT team event offered an ideal atmosphere for relaxed conversations about daily work, but also beyond their workplace. For employees distributed across various locations and departments, this meeting fostered a sense of belonging and created a common goal.
As XALT has achieved impressive growth in the last six months, this was also an excellent platform to integrate many new talents into the team and corporate culture. Through icebreaker activities, various team workshops, and informal conversations, both new and existing employees had the opportunity to get to know each other on a personal level. Finding commonalities and learning interesting details about one another.
Forging the strategy together
XALT's founder & CEO, Philipp Göllner, took the opportunity during the team event to present his vision and strategy for the company. This was followed by team workshops in which each group could discover how they could contribute with their expertise and ideas to support the corporate strategy and shape the future of XALT.
On the second day, each group defined an action plan to advance their initiatives and bring their ideas to life. Ultimately, the workshops not only promoted creativity and innovation. They also strengthened the collective sense of responsibility of the employees and intensified their commitment to corporate success.
