## What to expect

You design and implement AI-powered solutions – from concept to production deployment at our clients.

You build scalable LLM, RAG, and agent architectures on modern cloud infrastructure.

You collaborate closely with our consulting and engineering teams to translate AI requirements into technical specifications.

You maintain high standards: code reviews, testing, monitoring – everything needed to keep systems running reliably.

You contribute to our Technical Community, share knowledge, and drive AI initiatives across XALT.

## What you bring

You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.

You're proficient in Python and comfortable with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

You have hands-on experience with large language models, RAG architectures, or agent systems – whether from projects, research, or side work.

You know your way around cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understand how to deploy and scale ML models efficiently.

You live software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, containerization – not just know about them.

You can communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English.

You have a genuine passion for AI and want to solve problems that make a real difference.
