You help our customers roll out Atlassian tools, build Confluence-based intranets and design Jira workflows – and you win people over as our Atlassian ambassador. Depending on where your strengths lie, you support customers in areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM or service management. We don't want to sell just anything – we want to find the optimal solution, one we would use ourselves. - Leipzig - Munich - Remote - Full-time - Atlassian - Consulting - immediately ## What to expect A team of motivated Atlassian consultants that conquers the Atlassian world together with you. You recommend the right Atlassian products to our customers and integrate them into existing infrastructure. You analyse our customers' requirements and business processes and find opportunities to bring Atlassian tools in. You build collaborative intranets on top of Confluence – our Linchpin intranet project, for example. You build workflows in Jira to digitise business processes. You steer projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the Atlassian tools, for instance with apps and macros. ## What you bring You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or similar, or comparable training. You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. You have gathered at least 5 years of project experience with customers in the DACH region. You are eager to understand and improve our customers' processes and systems; service and customer focus is a given for you. You have a strong sense of quality, show commitment and work independently. Your communication skills and your enjoyment of teamwork set you apart.
