Serving as first point of contact for questions about products, services, and solutions. Managing remote customer projects in the IT space. Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities. Supporting digitalization projects and keeping an overview of project status. Working closely with consultants, developers, and marketing. Clarifying technical, budgetary, and staffing questions. Guiding new customers from proposal to contract signature. Managing internal resources. ## What you bring Several years of experience in customer management in the IT sector. Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). At least 5 years of professional experience in IT digitalization projects. Excellent communication skills (German and English). Strong negotiation skills. A proactive, self-organized way of working. Proven track record selling software solutions and IT services. Involvement across every step of the sales process. Experience at software companies, startups, or IT consultancies. Technical understanding.
