Our goal is not to sell just anything, but to find the optimal solution: one we would use ourselves. - Leipzig - Munich - Remote - Full-time - Part-time - Atlassian - Consulting - immediately ## What to expect Administering, configuring, and maintaining Jira instances, including new projects, workflows, and permissions. Building workflows to digitize business processes. Analyzing and resolving technical issues; optimizing system performance. Building collaborative intranets on top of Confluence. Integrating Jira with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and external systems. Collaborating in cross-functional teams with developers, DevOps engineers, and Atlassian consultants. Recommending suitable Atlassian products to customers. Analyzing customer requirements and business processes to identify opportunities. ## What you bring Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar. At least 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products. A passion for understanding and improving customer processes and systems; customer orientation. A strong sense of quality, commitment, and independent working style. Strong communication skills and team spirit.
